In our message this week, we will follow Jesus to the Jordan River to answer the question why Jesus needed to get baptized and how that moment created a movement.

Nestled within the history of Israel is another “hidden” story of crossing the Jordan. It is a story that challenges one to reevaluate one’s relationship with God and with oneself.

Are we in a movement, or a moment? At the River, we learn how to participate in God’s story of redemption and growth. We’ll join Israel’s crossing into the Promised Land, and learn their lessons at the Jordan!
