In this lesson we will explore Jesus’ teaching on being Pure in Heart and how it leads to seeing God.

In repentance we experience a mind change, which will lead us on toward a new destination. Do you know where you are? Do you know where you are going? Are you regularly consulting your GPS (God Positioning System)? Are you on the journey with others? Let's see what it takes to navigate home along with our brothers and sisters.

Where is God when we battle the bad feelings of guilt and shame? How do others fit in when we work hard to mend the wrong?

We will explore what being “poor in spirit” is, what it looks like and why it is the foundation for repentance. We will also explore the benefits and what it means to be “blessed” because we are poor in spirit.

To kick off our "Repentance" series, we dig down to the deepest level of what repentance is - "T'shuvah" תְשׁוּבָה, or, "returning to the path."
