To be a disciple of Jesus is to obey his teaching. What does it mean to obey Jesus and his teaching? What stand n the way of trusting God and how the obstacles may be overcome? In this week's teaching we discuss these important questions that will always surface in evangelism and in our own walk with God.
Spending time together – eating, working, sleeping, traveling – is how Jesus trained his disciples! How does Jesus's method contrast with how we reach out to new believers today? What fundamental expectations of discipleship we could glimpse out of Jesus's relationship with his disciples? We will answer these questions in this week's study.
In this first lesson of the "Master Plan" series, we look at the very beginning of the ministry of the Gospel - a Master empowering the people, men and women who were untrained but teachable and full of potentials.
Jesus left in this world a command (Mark 28:19-20), and a group of disciples trained and ready, full of purpose, convictions, and skills to carry out the command. In this series called the Master Plan, we attempt to get a glimpse into the trainings the original disciples received directly from the Master. We will retrace Jesus’s ministry and discover His objectives, strategies, and actions — the plan He implemented in bringing the good news of salvation to all mankind.
